How to Convert Multiple Photos Into One PDF File

Combining several photos into one PDF is the standard way to submit anything that started as a stack of separate images — receipts for an expense report, pages of a signed contract, or photos for an application — as a single, properly ordered document.

How to combine photos into a PDF

  • Open JPG to PDF (or PNG to PDF if your photos are PNG).
  • Upload all the photos you want included.
  • Drag to put them in the correct order — this becomes the page order in the final PDF.
  • Download the combined PDF.

Tips for a clean multi-photo PDF

  • Name your photo files in the order you want them (01, 02, 03...) before uploading — it makes reordering faster.
  • Take photos of documents straight-on, in good lighting, to avoid skewed or shadowed pages in the final PDF.
  • If the combined file ends up too large to email, our guide on shrinking an oversized PDF walks through fixing that.

FAQ

Can I mix JPG and PNG photos in the same PDF?

Convert them in one batch of the matching tool where possible; for a mixed set, convert each group separately and then merge the resulting PDFs together.

Can I add more photos to the PDF later?

Yes — convert the additional photos separately, then use the PDF Merger to add them to your existing PDF in the right place.

Will the photos be compressed?

No — they're placed into the PDF at their original resolution, keeping full image quality.
