Your files
Most Doxad tools process files entirely in your browser, on your device — merging, splitting, rotating, image conversion, PDF filling, and more. For those tools, your files are never uploaded, stored, or seen by us. The PDF to Word converter may send text-based PDFs to our conversion service over HTTPS; those files are processed in memory solely to produce your download and are not retained.
The Chrome extension
The Doxad Chrome extension processes everything on your device and collects nothing: no analytics, no usage data, no personal information, no file contents. It requests no browser permissions and makes no network requests. Links inside the extension open doxad.cloud pages, where this website policy applies.
Website analytics
The doxad.cloud website records anonymous tool-usage events (for example, that a merge succeeded or failed) to understand which tools are useful. These events contain no file contents, file names, or personal information. Sponsored campaign placements record anonymous impression counts so sponsors can see how their campaigns performed.
What we don't do
No accounts, so no account data. We don't sell or share data with third parties, run third-party advertising trackers, or profile users. Campaign requests submitted through the advertise form are used only to set up and manage that campaign.
